Chris Shoemaker graduated in December 2008 from Case Western Reserve University with a B.S. in Electrical Engineering. He is now pursuing a Masters of Engineering and Management, also from CWRU. Along with being a managing partner of LEI Chris also works at Rosetta as Business Analyst. Before working with Lake Effect Chris spent eight months with Philips Medical Systems, in their computed tomography division, and four years with the Medical Robotics and Computer Integrated Surgery (MeRCIS) lab. |

Mike Spence spent the Summer of 2009 doing grassroots market research and feasibility analysis through the Entrepreneurs EDGE CEOs for NEO program. His consulting engagement was with an established NEO company that was developing a new product and seeking to enter a new market. He is currently working in a part-time capacity as a commercialization consultant for Lubrizol Corporation, implementing a change initiative for competitive and market intelligence. Mike is currently pursuing his Masters of Engineering and Management at Case Western Reserve University. His undergraduate degree is in electrical engineering with minors in biomedical engineering and economics. |

Dan received his B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Marquette University and is currently attending Case Western Reserve University for his Masters in Engineering and Management. While in school at Marquette he co-oped at Strattec Security Corporation where he assisted with product testing, manufacturing engineering, and design engineering. Dan has also helped lead Marquette’s Formula SAE and SAE Aero teams. As a part of Formula SAE he led a business plan team focused on selling the Formula SAE car. Dan is currently volunteering at the Walsh Jesuit High School engineering club. He hopes to contribute his knowledge and enthusiasm to help form a stronger Lake Effect Innovation. |

Rushabh Sheth
Rushabh “Shubs” Sheth was born and brought up in Bombay, India. He came to the United States in 2004 to pursue a B.S. in Biomedical Engineering at Case Western Reserve University. During his undergraduate time Shubs spent nine months working at the Case Center for Imaging Research in molecular imaging for drug development. He is now pursuing a Masters in Engineering and Management, with a focus in entrepreneurship, also at Case. Throughout his life Shubs has traveled all over the world and has a personal and professional network that spans the globe. |
